Exchange and Return Policy

Exchanges may be made up to 14 days after purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. We do not offer exchange or return on sale items. You will receive a store credit with a personalised code to use at checkout.
To exchange the item please follow the below steps:

1. Email us on sales@palomaco.com.au with your details, order number and reason for return or exchange. One of our friendly staff will contact you with a return authorisation once confirmation is made the item is eligible for return.
2. Post to: Paloma + Co, Att: Eli Zaikos, 102 King William Rd, Hyde Park SA 5061. Include your details and order number.

*You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.


3. The item must be in original condition with tags and packaging. Note: In the interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept exchange on, pierced earrings or packs containing earrings or body jewellery. Sleep masks bedding, bath or body products.
If the item you received is deemed defective, you may have a refund.
Please Note: All goods are checked prior to delivery by our packing staff.

Please contact sales@palomaco.com.au with a clear image of the defect before returning to us. Once we have approved return an authorisation will be emailed with the return details.
