Exchanges may be made up to 14 days after purchase. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. You will be given a store credit, this will arranged with a discount code.
To exchange the item please follow the below steps:

1. Email us the details to kristina@palomaco.com.au
2. Post to: Hoyts Central Plaza Shop 20 177 THE PARADE NORWOOD South Australia AU 5067.
*You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

3. The item must be in original condition with tags and packaging. Note: In the interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept exchange on, pierced earrings or packs containing earrings or body jewellery.
If the item you received is defective, you may have a refund.
Please Note: All goods are checked prior to delivery by our packing staff.

Please contact kristina@palomaco.com.au with a clear image of the defect before returning to us. Once image is approved we will provide a return authorisation.
